Notre Dame Prep fields football teams at the varsity and junior varsity level. The team competes in the highly competitive Southwest Conference, made up of Fairfield County schools Bethel, Brookfield, Bunnell, Joel Barlow, Masuk, Newtown, New Fairfield, New Milford, Pomperaug, Stratford, and Weston.
Notre Dame Football has a reputation for developing men that are not only successful on the playing field, but also in the classroom and local community. Ideals such as character, teamwork, perseverance, and discipline are all learned through the many experiences in the program. As one of the top Catholic high schools in the state, Notre Dame not only prepares student-athletes for high-level competition, but also promotes success in the classroom. In conjunction with our college counseling office, student-athletes are prepared to pursue acceptance into some of the top colleges and universities in the nation.
