Congratulations to the 2025 NDP baseball team, who was honored with the Fairfield County Chapter of Approved Baseball Umpires Sportsmanship Award! The team was recognized for their outstanding display of sportsmanship by players, coaches, and spectators. Head Coach Jeff Rago expressed great pride in his players, coaching staff, and the entire NDP baseball family for embracing his vision and helping to build a program founded on doing things the right way both on and off the baseball diamond.
Coach Rago shared, “The NDP baseball program is built on character, integrity, respect, work ethic, selflessness, and a genuine joy for the great game of baseball. Having these qualities recognized by the umpires who officiate our games confirms that we are building something special at NDP.” He continued, “Sportsmanship begins with our student-athletes, and my coaching staff and I are extremely proud of our boys for their dedication and effort.”
