Recently, members of our Distinguished Scholars Program were treated to a presentation by NDP alum and current Yale student Lichel Johnston '23! Lichel was Valedictorian of her graduating NDP class among many other honors. She is currently studying American history and plans to attend law school after her undergraduate degree.
Lichel spoke about the college transition, her experience at Yale, and answered questions about the college application process. As someone who was in our students' shoes not so long ago, Lichel’s advice and experience was incredibly relevant and valuable. Thank you to Lichel for taking the time to speak with our students!
