Our Mission
Notre Dame constantly tries to maintain a reasonable tuition rate. All our efforts are concentrated on this goal. We want Catholic education available to as many young men and women as possible.
2010-2011 Tuition
Tuition for the 2010-11 school year is $11,140.00. There is also an Activity Fee of $85.00 and a Book Rental Fee of $115.00 for a total of $11,340.00.
There are tuition reductions for second and third children concurrently at Notre Dame.
Tuition payments are made in twelve equal monthly installments beginning in May. Tuition payments may also be made in two lump sums. These payments must be kept up to date.
A tuition reduction of $150 is offered for accounts paid in full by June 15, 2010.
Tuition may be paid by credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
Financial Assistance
Each year, Notre Dame raises a limited amount of funds, which the school then uses to finance a grant-in-aid program. These awards are need-based. In order to give as many students as possible the opportunity for some financial aid, individual grants are usually limited to approximately the amount of one monthly tuition payment.
Each award is for one year only. Families must reapply for Grant-in-Aid funding annually.
For ninth grade applicants, applications for Grant-in-Aid are available at Notre Dame beginning in October. If returned by the November deadline, families are notified on or about December 15 of any financial aid award. If a financial aid application is completed after the November deadline, families may not be notified of any financial aid award until early May. Applications are returned to the Private School Aid Service using your most recent tax return. A fee of $21.00 must accompany the application. Applications are available at N.D. or on the school's web site.
Returning families must also re-apply for financial aid on an annual basis. Applications are available for current families beginning in January.
Sallie Mae Partnership
Notre Dame has entered into an agreement with the Sallie Mae Corporation to provide low interest educational loans to qualified families. Applications for this assistance are available in the main office or on-line. Further information can be obtained on Sallie Mae's website: www.salliemae.com/k12.
Scholarship Information
To be eligible for need-based scholarships, a parent of a student applying for admission into the ninth grade must complete a Grant-in-Aid application. These forms are available beginning in October and should be completed by November deadline. Unless applying for the Liptak Scholarship, there is no additional scholarship application form to be completed by an applicant.
