Tickets for “Once Upon A Mattress” are only available by using this order form or buying them at the door.  Return this order form with your payment as soon as possible to ensure the best seating.  All seats are reserved, no general admission.  Seats are assigned on a “first come, first serve” basis.  Tickets cost $15 for adults and $10 for children/student/seniors.**  Student rates apply to students (college  and under),  senior citizen rates apply to age 65 and older, children rates                     apply to children 5 and over.  Extra order forms are available at Notre Dame High                  School’s main office and Advancement Office.

To Purchase Tickets:

• Mail order form (with full payment) to:  Notre Dame High School, 220 Jefferson Street, Fairfield, CT  06825
• Students may drop off orders in room 316 during homeroom.  Tickets will be returned to students within 48 hours or if you prefer the tickets can be mailed home.
• If you choose, bring your order to the ND main office, between the hours of 7:30 am and 3:00 pm.  Please put your order form and full payment in a sealed envelope with the words “Spring Musical” on the front.  Tickets will be mailed to you.
• All ticket sales are final, no refund or exchanges.
• Tickets can also be purchased on the night of each performance in the Edgerton Center lobby starting at 7:00 pm on Friday and Saturday and 1:00 pm on Sunday.
• Ticket orders are not accepted by phone or email.

**Special (Saturday is Student Night/Sunday is Mom and Grandma’s Day) – All tickets $8.00 for those  performances.
